It has come to IGNOU's notice that some fraudsters are impersonating IGNOU officials and contacting students through personal emails, phone calls, or other means to demand payments for services such as examination fees, duplicate grade cards, degrees, transcripts, certificate verification, project and practical fees, revaluation, photocopies of answer sheets, etc.

IGNOU clarifies that it does not authorize any individual to collect such payments personally. Students are advised to make all payments only through the official website of IGNOU: http://ignou.ac.in.


IGNOU को यह जानकारी मिली है कि कुछ धोखेबाज लोग IGNOU अधिकारियों के नाम पर छात्रों से संपर्क कर रहे हैं और परीक्षा शुल्क, डुप्लिकेट ग्रेड कार्ड, डिग्री, ट्रांसक्रिप्ट, प्रमाणपत्र सत्यापन, प्रोजेक्ट और प्रैक्टिकल शुल्क, पुनर्मूल्यांकन, उत्तर पुस्तिका की फोटोकॉपी आदि के लिए भुगतान मांग रहे हैं। यह संपर्क व्यक्तिगत ईमेल, फोन कॉल या अन्य माध्यमों से किया जा रहा है।

IGNOU यह स्पष्ट करता है कि उसने किसी भी व्यक्ति को व्यक्तिगत रूप से ऐसे भुगतान वसूलने के लिए अधिकृत नहीं किया है। छात्रों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे केवल IGNOU की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट http://ignou.ac.in के माध्यम से ही भुगतान करें।

महत्त्वपूर्ण अनुदेश / Important Instructions निम्नलिखित अनुदेशों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढिए और उसका अनुपालन कीजिए / Please read the following instructions carefully and follow them 1. परीक्षार्थी उत्तर पुस्तिका में अपने अनुक्रमांक अत्यंत सावधानीपूर्वक लिखें । अस्पष्ट, भ्रामक अथवा गलत अनुक्रमांक अंकित करने की दशा में परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित नहीं किया जाएगा । यदि परीक्षार्थी का अनुक्रमांक 10 अंकों के बजाय 9 अंकों का है, तो उसे अंतिम कोष्ठक में क्रॉस का चिह्न (X) अंकित करना चाहिए । अनुक्रमांक को 10 अंकों का बनाने के लिए प्रारंभ में शून्य का प्रयोग न करें । परीक्षा केंद्र का कोड भी इसी प्रकार से भरा जाना चाहिए। The examinees should carefully write their enrollment numbers on the answer sheet. In case of an ambiguous, deceptive or incorrect enrollment number being entered, the result will not be declared.   सत्रीय कार्य दूरस्थ शिक्षा पद्धति का एक महत्वपूर्ण अंग है। छात्रों को परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने से पहले सत्रीय कार्य को बनाकर अपने अध्ययन केन्द्र में जमा करना होता है । सत्रीय कार्य में प्राप्त अंक का अंतिम रिजल्ट में 30 प्रतिशत भारांक होता है। जून परीक्षा सत्रांत में सम्मिलित होने वाले छात्र को 31 मार्च एवं दिसंबर परीक्षा सत्रांत में सम्मिलित होने वाले छात्र को 30 सितंबर से पहले बनाये हुए सत्रीय कार्य को अपने अध्ययन केन्द्र में जमा करना अनिवार्य होता है। छात्रों की सुविधा को देखते हुए सत्रीय कार्य को जमा करने की तिथि इग्नू मुख्यालय के आदेश पर समय-समय पर बदलता रहता है। इसके लिये छात्रों को इग्नू के वेबसाईट ( https://www.ignou.ac.in/ ) का अवलोकन करते रहना चाहिए । छात्र वर्तमान सत्रीय कार्य के प्रश्न पत्र को (Click here to download) link से डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। छात्रों को सत्रीय कार्य प्रश्न पत्र का उत्तर इग्नू द्वारा प्रदान किये जाने वाले पठन सामग्री से ही तैयार करना होता है। (Assignment work is an essential component of the distance education system.
