Public Advisory: IGNOU Learners


It has come to the notice of IGNOU's Regional Centre that unauthorized individuals or organizations are approaching students via emails, WhatsApp, or other means, offering to sell assignments, project reports, and synopses.


Students are strongly advised not to fall for such fraudulent activities and advertisements.


Assignments must be handwritten by the learner, and synopses/project reports must be prepared as per the project manual.

IGNOU and its Regional Centres are not responsible for any financial loss caused by such fraud.


Additionally, beware of group admins or individuals asking you to fill out forms claiming to update assignment marks or resolve issues. These forms are often used to collect personal details, which are later misused for promotion or selling


assignments. Do not share your information with unauthorized sources.

IGNOU के क्षेत्रीय केंद्र ने पाया है कि कुछ अनाधिकृत व्यक्ति/संगठन छात्रों से ईमेल, व्हाट्सएप या अन्य माध्यमों से संपर्क कर रहे हैं और असाइनमेंट, प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट और सिनॉप्सिस बेचने की पेशकश कर रहे हैं।

छात्रों को सख्त सलाह दी जाती है कि वे ऐसे धोखाधड़ी वाले प्रस्तावों और विज्ञापनों से बचें।

असाइनमेंट केवल छात्र द्वारा हस्तलिखित होने चाहिए, और सिनॉप्सिस/प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट परियोजना मैनुअल के अनुसार तैयार किए जाने चाहिए।

IGNOU और इसके क्षेत्रीय केंद्र ऐसे किसी भी वित्तीय नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे।

साथ ही, 

उन ग्रुप एडमिन्स या व्यक्तियों से सावधान रहें जो असाइनमेंट अंक अपडेट करने या समस्याओं को हल करने का दावा करते हुए फॉर्म भरने के लिए कहते हैं। ये फॉर्म अक्सर आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी एकत्र करने के लिए होते हैं, जिन्हें बाद में प्रचार या असाइनमेंट बेचने के लिए दुरुपयोग किया जाता है। अपनी जानकारी अनाधिकृत स्रोतों के साथ साझा न करें।

महत्त्वपूर्ण अनुदेश / Important Instructions निम्नलिखित अनुदेशों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढिए और उसका अनुपालन कीजिए / Please read the following instructions carefully and follow them 1. परीक्षार्थी उत्तर पुस्तिका में अपने अनुक्रमांक अत्यंत सावधानीपूर्वक लिखें । अस्पष्ट, भ्रामक अथवा गलत अनुक्रमांक अंकित करने की दशा में परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित नहीं किया जाएगा । यदि परीक्षार्थी का अनुक्रमांक 10 अंकों के बजाय 9 अंकों का है, तो उसे अंतिम कोष्ठक में क्रॉस का चिह्न (X) अंकित करना चाहिए । अनुक्रमांक को 10 अंकों का बनाने के लिए प्रारंभ में शून्य का प्रयोग न करें । परीक्षा केंद्र का कोड भी इसी प्रकार से भरा जाना चाहिए। The examinees should carefully write their enrollment numbers on the answer sheet. In case of an ambiguous, deceptive or incorrect enrollment number being entered, the result will not be declared.
