महत्त्वपूर्ण अनुदेश / Important Instructions

निम्नलिखित अनुदेशों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढिए और उसका अनुपालन कीजिए / Please read the following instructions carefully and follow them

1. परीक्षार्थी उत्तर पुस्तिका में अपने अनुक्रमांक अत्यंत सावधानीपूर्वक लिखें । अस्पष्ट, भ्रामक अथवा गलत अनुक्रमांक अंकित करने की दशा में परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित नहीं किया जाएगा । यदि परीक्षार्थी का अनुक्रमांक 10 अंकों के बजाय 9 अंकों का है, तो उसे अंतिम कोष्ठक में क्रॉस का चिह्न (X) अंकित करना चाहिए । अनुक्रमांक को 10 अंकों का बनाने के
लिए प्रारंभ में शून्य का प्रयोग न करें । परीक्षा केंद्र का कोड भी इसी प्रकार से भरा जाना चाहिए।
The examinees should carefully write their enrollment numbers on the answer sheet. In case of an ambiguous, deceptive or incorrect enrollment number being entered, the result will not be declared. If the enrollment number of the examinee is 9 digits instead of 10 digits, then x (cross) should be marked in the last bracket. Don’t add zero before the enrollment number to make it 10 digits. The
Code of the Examination Centre should also be entered in similar way.

2. कृपया यह नोट कर लें कि मुख्य उत्तर पुस्तिका के अतिरिक्त अन्य कोई पूरक उत्तर पुस्तिका प्रदान नहीं की जायेगी । अतः परीक्षार्थियों को चाहिए कि प्रत्येक लाइन में लिखें तथा कोई भी पृष्ठ खाली न छोड़ें । यदि भूलवश कोई पृष्ठ खाली छूट जाता है तो उस पर पीटीओ अंकित करें।
Please note that no supplementary answer sheet will be provided apart from the main answer sheet. Therefore, candidates should write in each line and not leave blank pages. If any page is accidentally left blank, write PTO on it.

3. कृपया परीक्षा के दौरान उपस्थित पत्रक पर अपने नाम एवं अनुक्रमांक के सामने निर्धारित कालम में हस्ताक्षर अवश्य करें। यदि किसी परीक्षार्थी द्वारा निर्धारित कालम के अतिरिक्त अन्य कहीं हस्ताक्षर किया जाता है अथवा हस्ताक्षर नहीं किया जाता है तो ऐसी स्थिति में उसे अनुपस्थित माना जाएगा ।
Please sign on the attendance sheet during the examination in the prescribed column in front of your name and enrollment number. In case a candidate has not signed or signed anywhere other than in the prescribed column, he/she will be treated as absent.

4. उम्मीदवारों को केवल हॉल टिकट / प्रवेश पत्र में उल्लिखित पाठ्यक्रम में ही परीक्षा देने की अनुमति दी गई है।
Candidates are allowed to appear for the examination only in the courses mentioned in the hall ticket/admit card.

5. कक्ष निरीक्षक के पास उत्तर पुस्तिका जमा करने से पूर्व परीक्षार्थी जांच कर लें कि निर्धारित स्थान पर स्वयं के हस्ताक्षर, कक्ष निरीक्षक के हस्ताक्षर तथा परीक्षा केंद्र की मुहर लगी हो ।
Before submitting the answer sheet to the invigilator, the candidate should check that his/her
signature, the invigilator's signature and the examination Centre’s stamp is affixed at the designated place.

6. परीक्षार्थी यह नोट कर लें कि उन्हें हाल टिकट/प्रवेश पत्र पर उल्लिखित परीक्षा केन्द्र के अलावा किसी अन्य परीक्षा केन्द्र पर परीक्षा देने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार किन्ही कारणों से किसी अन्य परीक्षा केन्द्र पर परीक्षा देता है तो उसका परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित नहीं किया जाएगा ।
Examinees should note that they shall not be allowed to appear at any other Exam Centre except the Venue mentioned in the Admit Card. If a candidate appears at any other Exam Centre due to any reason, his/her result shall not be declared.

7. सामाजिक न्याय एवं सशक्तीकरण मंत्रालय (एमओएसजे एवं ई) नई दिल्ली द्वारा 29 अगस्त, 2018 तथा 10 अगस्त, 2022 को जारी कार्यालय ज्ञापन के अनुसार श्रुति लेखक (Amanuensis)/प्रतिपूर्ति समय-प्राप्ति की अनुमति की माँग करने वाले बेंचमार्क अक्षमताग्रस्त (दिव्यांगजन) परीक्षार्थी श्रुति लेखक/प्रतिपूर्ति समय-प्राप्ति की अनुमति हेतु संबंद्ध क्षेत्रीय केंद्र से संपर्क स्थापित कर सकते हैं।
The examinees with Benchmark Disabilities (Divyangjan) seeking permission for Amanuensis (writer)/ compensatory time as per the Office Memorandum issued by the Govt. of India, MOSJ&E, New Delhi, dated 29th August 2018 & 10th Aug 2022, may contact the respective Regional Centre for obtaining permission of using amanuensis compensatory time.

8. परीक्षा के दौरान परीक्षार्थियों के पास इग्नू द्वारा जारी वैध पहचान पत्र होना चाहिए। यदि किसी कारण से परीक्षार्थी के पास इग्नू द्वारा जारी वैध पहचान पत्र नहीं है, तो वे परीक्षा हॉल में प्रवेश के लिए किसी भी सरकारी संस्थान द्वारा जारी फोटोयुक्त वैध पहचान पत्र दिखा सकते हैं।
Examinees must be in possession of a valid Identity Card issued by IGNOU during the examination. If for some reason, the examinee does not have his/her valid identity card, they may show any valid Photo Identity card issued by any Government Institution for entry in the examination hall.

9. परीक्षा हॉल के अंदर मोबाइल फोन या कोई अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉ निक उपकरण ले जाना सख्त मना है।
Mobile Phones or any other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the Examination Hall.

10. परीक्षा में कैलकुलेटर के उपयोग की अनुमति है, जब तक कि प्रश्न पत्र में निर्देशों के माध्यम से मना ना किया गया हो
Calculators are allowed for use in the examination, unless otherwise not permitted through
instructions in the question paper.

11. परीक्षा का माध्यम: परीक्षार्थियों को प्रश्नों के उत्तर केवल उसी भाषा में लिखने होते हैं जिसमें पाठ्यक्रम संचालित किया जाता है। यद्यपि, परीक्षार्थियों के पास हिंदी माध्यम में परीक्षा देने का विकल्प है, भले ही उनका पंजीकरण अंग्रेजी माध्यम में ही क्यों न हुआ हो।
The examinees are required to write answers to the questions in the languages in which the Programme is offered. However, the examinees have an option to attempt the Examination of the courses in Hindi medium irrespective of registration of the same is in English medium.

12. किसी अन्य क्षेत्रीय भाषा में लिखे गए उत्तरों का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जाएगा ,जिसमें पाठ्यक्रम का संचालन नहीं किया जाता है और ऐसे पाठ्यक्रम की परीक्षा परीक्षार्थियों को बिना किसी सूचना के रद्द कर दी जाएगी। ऐसे मामलों में, परीक्षार्थियों को बाद की परीक्षा में फिर से सम्मिलित होना होगा।
Answers written in any other regional language in which the Programme is not offered, will not be evaluated and the examination in such course will be canceled without any intimation to the examinees. In such cases, the examinees will be required to reappear in the subsequent examination.

नोट:- सीआरडी, पीजीडीआरडी और एमएआरडी में टीईई जून 2024 और उसके बाद उपस्थित होने वाले शिक्षार्थियों को बंगाली भाषा में भी अपनी स्क्रिप्ट लिखने की अनुमति है। पाठ्यक्रम का विवरण नीचे दिया गया है।
Note :- Learners appearing the TEE June 2024 and onwards in CRD, PGDRD & MARD are permitted to write their scripts in Bengali Language also. Courses details are given below:-
MRD201, MRD202, MRD203, MRD004, MRDP001, MRDE201, MRDE202, MRDE203, MRDE002, MRDE003, MRDE004 & MRDP

13. निम्नलिखित आठ पाठ्यक्रमों के प्रश्न पत्र वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार (बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न पैटर्न) के होंगेहों गेऔर केवल ओएमआर शीट पर आयोजित किए जाएंगे:
Question Papers of the following Eight courses will be of Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions pattern) and conducted on OMR sheets only:

सीसीएच प्रोग्राम के अंतर्गत शामिल कोर्स कोड BNS041 एवं BNS042 की परीक्षा केवल वर्णात्मक मोड में आयोजित की जाएगी
The examination for course code BNS041 and BNS042 under CCH program will be conducted in descriptive mode only

14. यदि पाठ्यक्रम- एक ही समूह (समूह 1 से समूह 6) के अथवा बैकलॉग पाठ्यक्रम, विभिन्न प्रोग्रामों के पाठ्यक्रम और एमपी प्रोग्राम, विभिन्न विशेषज्ञताओं के पाठ्यक्रम हैं तो, परीक्षा की तिथि और सत्र में परिवर्तन के अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
The request for change in the date and session of the exam will not be entertained in case the courses are from the same Group (Group 1 to group 6) or the courses are backlog courses, the courses from the different programmes and in MP Programme, courses from different specializations.

15. बीएलआईएस प्रोग्राम के अलावा अन्य प्रायोगिक/लैब पाठ्यक्रमों में भाग लेने के लिए पंजीकृत विद्यार्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे परीक्षा स्थल और परीक्षा तिथि की जानकारी के लिए अपने क्षेत्रीय केंद्र से संपर्क करें।
Students registered for appearing in Practical/Lab courses other than the BLIS Programme are advised to contact their Regional Centre for venue and schedule of exams.

16. प्रश्न पत्र वितरित होने के 15 मिनट बाद परीक्षा हॉल में प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी । तथापि, केंद्र अधीक्षक वैध कारण के आधार पर 30 मिनट तक की देरी को माफ कर सकता है।
Entry into the examination hall shall be closed after 15 minutes of the distribution of the question paper. However, the Centre Superintendent may condone the delay up to 30 minutes on account of a bonafide reason.

17. परीक्षा शुरू होने के एक घंटे की समाप्ति से पहले किसी भी छात्र को परीक्षा हॉल छोड़ने या प्रश्नपत्र ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।।
No student will be allowed to leave the examination hall or take away the question paper before the expiry of one hour of commencement of the examination.

18. हाल टिकट वैध है, यदि :-
पुन: प्रवेश अवधि (यदि लागू हो) सहित प्रोग्राम की वैधता समाप्त न हुई हो । (ii) भरे गए पाठ्यक्रम कोड चुने गए/पंजीकृत पाठ्यक्रम हैं। (iii) भरे गए पाठ्यक्रम कोड के पुनर्मूल्यांकन के लिए आवेदन नहीं किया हो। (iv) भरे हुए पाठ्यक्रम कोड के पुनर्मूल्यांकन के लिए आवेदन किया गया हो, तो तत्काल पिछले सत्रांत परिणाम का पुनर्मूल्यांकन परिणाम जो भी अधिक हो, मार्कशीट में अधिसूचित किया जाएगा। (v) कृपया उपनाम सहित अपने नाम की वर्तनी जांच लें, यदि सही नहीं है, तो तुरंत एसआरडी को सूचित करें। (vi) छूट योजना के अन्तर्गत शामिल न हो।
The hall ticket is valid if:-
The validity of programme is not over including re-admission period if applicable. (ii) Filled in course codes are opted/registered courses. (iii)Not applicable for the re-evaluation of the filled in course codes. (iv)If applied for the re-evaluation of filled in course codes, the re-evaluation result of the immediate previous term end result whichever is higher will be notified in the mark sheet.(v) Please check your name spelling including surname, If not correct, immediately report to the SRD. (vi) Not covered under exemption scheme

19. किसी भी परीक्षार्थी को परीक्षा केंद्र के बाहर उत्तर पुस्तिका ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं है और यदि ऐसा पाया जाता है, तो मामला पुलिस और यू.एफ.एम में पंजीकृत किया जाएगा।
No Examinee is allowed to take away the Answer Sheet out of Exam Centre and if found, the case will be registered with the Police & U.F.M.

20. प्रतिरूपण की सूचना पुलिस को दी जाएगी।
Impersonation will be reported to the Police.

21. विद्यार्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए अपने हॉल टिकट/प्रवेश पत्र की एक प्रति अच्छी स्थिति में सुरक्षित रखें।
Students are advised to preserve a copy of their hall ticket/ admit card in good condition for future reference.

22. दिसम्बर 2024 परीक्षा के एसाइनमेंट / प्रोजेक्ट और प्रैक्टिकल मार्क्स, ग्रेड कार्ड में दिसम्बर 2024 टीईई परीक्षा के परिणाम के साथ अपलोड किए जाएंगे।
The Assignments/Project & Practical Marks of December 2024 examination, will be uploaded with the result of December 2024 TEE in the Grade Card.

23. (i) एमएसएल007 और एमएसएल013 पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए टीईई के लिए उपस्थित होने वाले छात्र परीक्षा केंद्र में अपना स्वयं का मानक द्विभाषी शब्दकोश लाएंगे। (ii) छात्रों को मोबाइल डिवाइस या टेबल पर किसी भी इलेक्ट्रॉ निक शब्दकोश का उपयोग करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
(i) Students appearing for the TEE for the courses MSL007 and MSL013 shall bring their own standard bilingual dictionary to the exam centre. (ii) Students shall not be permitted to use any electronic dictionary on mobile devices or tables.

24. एम.ए. ज्योतिष कार्यक्रम के प्रथम एवं द्वितीय वर्ष की परीक्षा देने वाले विद्यार्थियों को पंचांग एवं कैलकुलेटर लाना अनिवार्य है, अतः उन्हें एम.जे.वाई.-01 से एम.जे.वाई.-08 तक की किसी भी परीक्षा में पंचांग एवं कैलकुलेटर लाने की अनुमति है।
The student of first and second year examinations of the M.A. Jyotish program are required to see the Panchang and Calculator is also relevant, hence, they are allowed to bring Panchang and Calculator in any examination from MJY-01 to MJY-08.
